Overview
After completing this course,
participants should be able to...
- Use the Enneagram personality system as a basis for better understanding self and others
- Describe the leadership gifts, blind spots and developmental practices for each of the 9 types
- List the three centers of relating and describe the characteristics of each
- Practice and coach improved leadership specifically for each personality type
