CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to fixed costs at Training and Workshop sites that are passed on to us, we must adhere to the following refund policy. The minimum charge for any change to your registration will result in a A$100 Administration Fee for Trainings or a A$35 Administration Fee for Workshops, per request. Deposits for Trainings (Part 1 etc.) are fully refundable up to two months (61 days) before the start of a Training, less the Administration Fee. Cancellations made from 60-3 days before the start of the Training (part 1 Training) result in a A$ 500 late cancellation fee. Those made 2 days or less from the start of the Training result in the loss of half of the full cost of the Training. Payments for 1 or 2 day Workshops sponsored by The Enneagram Institute of Sydney are refundable up to 2 weeks from the start of the Workshop, less the A$35 Administration Fee. Cancellations of Workshops made within 2 weeks from the start of the Workshop result in the loss of A$100.
